MTG Adaptive Gemguard

Adaptive Gemguard. Illustrated for Magic: The Gathering's latest set- Lost Caverns of Ixalan.

Lost Caverns of Ixalan was the first MTG set I got to work on outside of Arena and Universes Beyond. My first Artists Proofs will be available sometime in early 2024 :)

Working with my Art Dir, the final illustration became a combination of both sketches I submitted. Can't remember the specifics for the requested changes, but happy with how everything turned out in the end.
